Founder & Energy Strategy Director
Pete’s on a mission to ensure no business or household overpays for their energy. He leads the partnership’s energy strategy, working with corporates, SMEs, and households, and partners with trusted agencies to deliver solutions at scale. He is also City & Guilds qualified in In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT testing), giving him hands-on electrical expertise alongside his strategic work.
Outside work, Pete aims to capture birds in flight, perfectly in focus, with his camera. He is also a trustee at Monty’s Community Hub and develops community projects on The Veracity. Friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable, he makes energy simple and stress-free.
Cathy Nailer
Operations Director
Cathy keeps the partnership grounded, ensuring every decision is practical, realistic, and well thought through – and she knows a thing or two about balancing risk both in business and on two wheels. Trained on the PAT Competent Person Course, she can support PAT testing, bringing hands-on electrical expertise alongside her meticulous, detail-focused approach.
Outside work, she empowers children and adults as an experienced primary teacher, teaching cycling safely. Friendly, dependable, and approachable, Cathy is the steady hand behind the partnership and a positive force in the community.
Tim Nailer
Energy Consultant
Tim is an ambitious and driven member of the partnership, Curious by nature and prepared to go deeper, he’s drawn to the more intricate opportunities – where creativity, persistence and careful thinking make the real difference.
Tim has a keen interest in aviation and photography, and is known within the team as the “dog whisperer”, which is always useful when visiting clients with a four-legged supervisor on site. Friendly, approachable and thoughtful, he brings positive energy and quiet determination to every project.
